摘要
本文通过对已知的尖晶石晶体结构几何关系的分析,给出了结构微变化和结构参数与离子半径间的关系式。并且研究了尖晶石类氧化物结构微变化与X射线衍射强度的关系,给出了特征关系式。
This paper gives the exact function of lattice constant and O^(2-) μ value vs ion radii by analysing the crystal structure for spinel type oxides compounds, discusses the relationships between the microvary of crystal structure and X—ray diffraction integrated intensity and some expressions is obtained.
