摘要
本文研究Xe相位匹配的CO中真空紫外三次谐波的产生,在COA^IΠ←X^I∑^+(2—0)跃迁的紫端得到波长在147.5nm左右的比例(F_(Xe)/F_(CO))调谐的VUV输出。并详细考察了总压对三次谐波输出的影响。
We report third-harmonic generation (VUV) in Carbon monoxide nsing xenon as phase-matching gas. A^1Π←X^1∑^+ (2-0) transition is employed to enhance THG around 147.5nm which is tunable through changing the ratio of partial pressures of Xe and CO. The influence of total pressure on the TH output in studied in detail.
