摘要
本文分别在中性和碱性条件下,对含有磷酸脂的肽链中电子转移过程进行了研究,数据分析结果表明肽链中的磷酸脂基团参与了肽链中的电子转移过程。得到的Trp/N~·→Tyr/O~·的电子转移速率常数k_2和Tyr/O~·→Trp/N~·的电子转移速率常数k_(-2)都比不含有磷酸酯的肽链中的相对应的电子转移常数要低。这表明了磷酸脂对肽链具有一定的保护作用。
In the neutral and alkaline solution respectively, the intramolecular electron transfer of the peptides containing phosphonate are researched. The numerical analysis showed that the group of phosphonate in peptides participates the electron transfer process. In addition, both of the rate constant κ_2 of electron transfer in peptides From Trp/N~· to Tyr/O~· and inversely κ_2 from Tyr/O~· to Trp/N~· are smaller than those of peptides without phosphonate in the same process.
