冠心病患者活动平板运动试验时的Q-Tc离散度变化

The changes of Q-Tc dispersion of the patients with coronary heart diseases by treadmill exercise ECG test

目的 :探讨冠心病患者活动平板运动试验前后校正 Q- T离散度 (Q- Tcd)变化对评定心肌缺血的价值。方法 :比较 50例正常人及 6 0例冠心病患者活动平板运动试验阳性前后的 Q- Tc离散度变化。结果 :冠心病组运动前后及运动后各时点 Q- Tcd较正常组明显增大 (<0 .0 1) ;冠心病组运动后 2、 4、 6分钟 Q- Tcd较运动前增大 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :运动后 Q- Tcd的变化可作为运动试验评定心肌缺血的指标之一。

Objective:To investigate the Q\|Tc dispersion (Q\|Tcd) change of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and its importance of evaluating myocardial ischemia by treadmill exercise ECG test.Methods:Treadmill exercise ECG test was to carry out in the 50 normal people and 60 patients with CHD,Q\|Tcd was measured before and after exercise.Results:In CHD group showed Q\|Tcd significantly increased ( P <0 01) in compare with normal people group.Q\|Tcd was increased in the exercise after 2 min,4 min,6 min than before in CHD group ( P <0 05).Conclusion:The Q\|Tcd changes are proved to be useful evaluating parameter to myocardial ischemia.
