绝经后妇女冠心病患者性激素变化的研究

A study of endogenons sex hormone disorder in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease

目的 :探索与绝经后妇女冠心病发病有关的体内性激素 (SH)变化规律。方法 :测定 30例绝经1年以上的女性冠心病患者 ( 组 ,平均年龄 6 0 .8± 0 .82岁 )、 35例绝经 1年以上无冠心病的患者 ( 组 ,平均年龄 6 1.6± 0 .79岁 )的血清雌二醇 (E2 )、促卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、促黄体生成素 (L H)及血脂谱。结果 : 组 E2 水平明显降低 ,为 组 E2 水平的 53% ; 组 FSH、 L H水平较 组显著增高。结论 :绝经后妇女冠心病患者存在着严重的性激素失调 ,E2 水平显著降低 。

Objective:To investigate the endogenous sex hormone disorder in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:30 postmenopausal women with CHD (groupⅠ,60 8±0 82years),35 postmenopausal women without CHD (groupⅡ,61 6±0 79years),were selected to compare the serum levels of estradiol (E 2),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH).Results:E 2 level showed a 53% decrease in group Ⅰ compared with groupⅡ.Correlation analysis showed that these is negative correlation between E 2 level and levels of FSH、LH.Conclusion:The study indicates that significantly lower level of E 2 is one of the main risk factors of CHD in postmenopausal women.
