心理治疗对64例老年高血压病人康复的影响

Effects of psychotherapy in 64 aged patients with hypertension

目的 :探讨心理治疗对老年高血压病康复效果。方法 :运用支持疗法、放松疗法等心理治疗对 6 4例老年高血压病患者治疗 4周 ,测评治疗前后血压及症状变化。结果 :治疗后患者收缩压、舒张压均明显下降 (P<0 .0 0 1)。高血压组 SCL- 90各因子分均高于中国常模 ,除偏执因子外均差异显著 (P<0 .0 5)。治疗后各因子均下降 ,除人际敏感、偏执、精神病性外 ,有明显差异 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :对老年高血压病人适时进行心理评估及治疗 。

Objective:The purpose of this study was to assess the efficiency of psychotherapy in treating hypertension of aged people.Methods:64 hypertension patients were treated with psychotherapy (supporting therapy and relaxing therapy,etc.) for 4 weeks.Blood pressure and scores of SCL-90 were assessed before and after the treatment.Results:Systolic and diastolic pressure decreased significantly ( P <0 001).Scores of SCL-90 in hypertension group were higher and different significantly than that of normal Chinese index ( P <0 05) after treatment except for sensitivity to human relation,paranoid,psychopathic deviate.Conclusion:It has good results to assess and treat these patients with psychotherapy timely.Author′s address Qingdao Sanatorium,Qingdao,Shandong,266071
