先天性肛门直肠畸形合并泌尿生殖系统异常

ABNORMAL GENITOURINARY SYSTEM IN PATIENTS WITH ANO-RECTAL ANOMALIES

对60例先天性肛门直肠畸形患儿进行IVP、B超、屎培养等检查,发现泌屎生殖系统异常以高位畸形最节见,占72%,中位畸形占40%,而低位畸形仅为23%。62.5%的患几尿培养阳性,50%膀胱输屎管返流,膀胱输尿管返流与泌尿系感染两者密切相关,提示对肛门直肠畸形患儿应常规做IVP及屎培养等检查。

Sixty children with congenital anorectal anomalies received IVP, Ultrasound, Urine Caltures, etc examinations. It was found that the rates of genitourinary anomalies were: supralevator anomalies 72%, translevator anomalies 40%,and infralevator anomalies 23%. Fifty percent of the patients suffered from vesicoureteric reflux which was related to urinary infection.Thus,it is necessary for patients with anorectal anomalies to take regular IVP, urine cul-ture, examinations.
