A STUDY OF AN IMPROVEMED DUHAMEL OPERATION IN CON-GENITAL MEGACOLON

在Duhamel根治术基础上,采用自己设计的环牵法治疗直肠上段或直肠乙状结肠明显肥厚、扩张类型的先天性巨结肠症患者70例,手术治愈牢为98.5%。认为环牵法对本病具有适应证广,治疗效果好,并发症少,死亡率低,操作简便,易于基层医院推广使用的优点。

A new radical surgical procedure designed by us had been used in 70 cases of congenital megacolon during 1980-1995.The curative rate of such operation was 98.5% and the mortality was 1.4%.The characteristic of this method is the use of extraction by around-anastomosis stitches,thereby,improving. Duhamel radical operational.Our results dem-onstrate that this new method is effective,safe,practical and feasible.
