直肠内温热治疗的全身反应观察

AN OBSERVATION ON THE GENERAL REACTION IN RECTAL HYPERTHERMIA TREATMENT

采用LW型直肠温热治疗仪作直肠内温热治疗95例次，治疗温度43℃，持续30min，测定加温前后不同时相T、P、R、Bp的变化。结果显示43℃温热治疗体温升高0-0.6℃，平均0.3℃，经方差分析表明加温20min与加温前体温有显著升高（P<0.05）；而P，R，Bp治疗前后各时间均无显著差异（P>0.05），病人均无不适感、直肠温热疗法是一种简单、安全可行的治疗方法。

Lw type rectal hyperthermer was used in treating 95 case-time by applying rectal hyperthermia at 43℃ for 30 minutes. The T, P, R and BP were recorded during different phases of pre-and post-hyperthermia. The results showed that T increased 0-0. 6℃ (m=0.3℃) af-ter hyperthermia, and there was a significant difference between pre-and post-hyperthermia after applying heat for 20 minutes (P<0. 05). But there were no significant differences in P, R and BP at different phases before and afterhyperthermia (P>0. 05). All patients did not feel uneasy. Thus, rectal hyper-thermia is a simple, useful and safe therapeutic method.
