孤立性直肠溃疡综合征
摘要
孤立性直肠溃疡综合征(Solitary rectal ulcer syndrome，SRUS)是一种少见的良性非特异性肛肠疾病。其临床表现多种多样，以血便、粘脓便、排便困难和肛门痛为特点，活检有典型组织学改变。病程多为慢性，青壮年多发，无明显性别差异。
