肛周克隆氏病诊治近况
摘要
克隆氏病(Crohn’s Disease，CD)可以是—个全身性疾病，其中尤以累及消化道最为常见，可以发生于消化道的任何部位。肛周克隆氏病(Perianal crohn’s disease，PACD)属克隆氏病的一类特殊表现，由于其病理背景及解剖生理环境的特殊性，给临床的诊断与处理带来了很多困难，同时治疗上也存在着较大的争论，本文拟就其诊治现状作一综述。
