慢传输型便秘结肠肌间神经丛病理变化的研究现状
摘要
慢传输型便秘(STC)症状顽固,治疗困难,病因不详.临床表现为肠道传输缓慢,病理学检查发现结肠肌间神经丛嗜银性细胞减少,神经微丝排列紊乱,数量减少.调节肠蠕动的神经递质亦有明显变化.
