董建华运用仲景方治疗脾胃病的经验

Dong Jianhua′s Experience in the Splenic and Gastric Problems Treated by Zhang Zhongjing′s Prescriptions

本文整理并介绍全国著名中医专家董建华教授运用仲景方药治疗脾胃病的经验。如以旋覆代赭汤合大黄甘草汤治疗幽门梗阻，以大黄黄连泻心汤合小陷胸汤治疗糜烂性胃炎，以半夏厚朴汤治疗胃动力障碍等。

This article summarizes and introduces the experience of Prof. Dong Jianhua, a famous Chinese medical specialist in China, in the treatment of the splenic and gastric problems by application of Zhang Zhongjing′s formulas. For instance,pyloric obstruction was treated with “Inula and Hematite Decoction” combined with “Rhubarb and Liquorice Decoction” Erosive gastritis was treated with “Rhubarb and Coptis Heart Draining Decoction” together with “Minor Chest Bind Decoction”. Disturbance of gastric dynamic was treated with “Pinellia and Magnolia Decoction”.
