颈椎病病因病机的再认识

The Re Understanding about Etiology and Pathogenesis of Cervical Spondylopathy

通过文献复习、颈椎病危险因素的病例对照及动物模型的研究，建立颈椎病病因病机转归图，以重新认识了颈椎病的病因病机。结果：病因为风、寒、湿环境因素及吸烟、卧高硬枕、急性和慢性咽喉部感染、低头工作等；颈椎生物力学失衡是颈椎退变的主要机制，其中“动力失衡为先，静力失衡为主”。提示导致颈椎病发病已由自然退变因素转变到生活工作行为因素、环境因素和体质因素方面来。

By review of the medical literature,comparison of the cases with endangering factors of cervical spondylopathy and the study of animal models,a conversion_classification chart on etiology and pathogenesis of cervical spondylopathy was set up to re_understand the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical spondylopathy.The results show that the pathogenic factors are pathogenic wind,cold and damp,environmental factor,sleep on high and hard pillow,acute and chronic infection of the throat,and work with the bent head.Imbalance of biomechanics in the cervical vertebrae is main mechanism in degeneration of cervical vertebrae.Among,“imbalance of the dynamic force is in priority and imbalance of the static force is in predominance.”The findings indicate that the natural degenerative factors in occurrence of cervical spondylopathy have been converted to life,work and behavior factors,environmental factors and constitutional factors.
