A Rare Chinese Medical Family for Generations in Chinese History Introduction to Shanghai HesAcademic Experience

上海何氏医学世家始于南宋绍兴十一年（１１４１），至今已历二十九世，其间名医辈出，尤以六世医何渊、十七世医何汝阈、十九世医何宗、二十二世医何元长、二十三世医何书田、二十四世医何鸿舫最为著名。本文介绍了他们对中暑、霍乱、发斑、湿温等温热病，吐血、肿胀、痞积等杂病，胎前、绝经期症等妇科病的辨证论治经验，并侧重介绍了忌酸丸与补正丸，清金散与四五培元粉，三龙三甲汤等专病专方经验。

Starting from the 11 th Shaoxing year (1141) in the Southern Song Dynasty,Shanghai Hes medical family has been over twenty nine generations,giving birth to a multitude of famous medical practitioners.In particular, He Yuan of the 6 th generation, He Ruyu of the 17 th generation,He Sizong of the 19 rd generation, He Yuanchang of the 22 nd generation,He Shutian of the 23 th generation and He Hongfang of the 24 th generation were most famous.This article introduces their experience in the theory and methods for febrile diseases of sunstroke,cholera,skin eruption,damp heat syndrome,miscellaneous diseases of hematemesis,swollen and distending condition,abdominal mass,gynecological diseases of prefetal and menopausal syndrome and specially introduces their experience of specific formulas of “Sourness Avoiding Pills”,“Constitution Supporting Pills”,“Gold Clarifying Powder”and “Three Dragons and Three Turtles Decoction”for specific diseases.
