摘要
由上海雄琪生物制品有限公司等单位研制的中药ＸＱ９３０２，系将２０种中草药精确混合经高度提纯而获得的粉末状制剂。应用细胞学、生物化学和动物实验，观察了对ＨＩＶ作用和毒理试验。研究表明，中药ＸＱ９３０２在ＨＩＶ１体外试验中对ＭＴ４淋巴细胞具有显著的保护作用，其重金属含量也在安全允许浓度内，各种毒性安全试验阴性，并且有增强动物免疫调节和抑制肿瘤作用。
XQ 9302 Chinese herbal preparation manufactured by Shanghai Xiongqi Biological Products Co.Ltd.is a kind of powdery preparation obtained from the refined mixture and high purification of nearly 20 Chinese herbal drugs. Its function to HIV and toxicological experiment were observed by applied cytology, biochemistry and animal experiment. The results show that XQ 9302 Chinese herbal preparation has a remarkable protective function to MT4 lymphocyte in HIV I test in vitro and its content of heavy metal is also within the safe concentration. Various tests of toxic safety were negative.Furthermore,this preparation has the functions to strengthen the animal immune regulation and to inhibit tumors.
