摘要
随着经济建设和科学技术的发展,环境监测方法也需不断更新.本文介绍了三价铬离子的测定,采用三价铬(Ⅲ)与偶氮肿Ⅰ发生显色反应,形成络合物,选择性好,效果明显.对样品中微量铜的测定,采用铜与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸镉(Cd—DDTC),在酸性条件下形成黄色络合物,被萃取在氯仿中,比色定量,也获得满意的效果.
With the development of economic constracfion,science and technology,the methods of monitoring and controlling environment are being continuosly replaced by new ones.This article,introduces the determination of Cr^(3+) colour reaction is made with Cr^(3+) and azoarsenic,forming complex. This method has good selective property and obvious results. We use copper and Cd—DDTC when determing the trace copper in the sample.In the acid condition,yellow complex is formed,which is extracted. in fhe chloroform,(?)ts colour is compared and quantity determined. Satistacfory results are also obtained.
