应用模糊数学方法计算软科学成果的应用率

APPLIED RATE ESTINMATION OF SOFT SCIENCE ACHIEVEMENTS BY USING FUZZY MATHEMATICS

本文根据软科学成果应用中存在着不同应用程度的特性,提出了应用度的概念,并总结出一种应用模糊概率的方法计算软科学成果应用率的程序和方法.应用该方法对沈阳市1981—1990年期间的环保科研软科学成果应用率进行了统计分析和计算,并与传统应用率计算结果进行了比较.

The concept of Applied Degree has been presented based on the degrees that soft sci- ence achievements have been practicaly used.A new applied rate estimation of soft sciences by Fuzzy Mathematics has been discussed and the applied rate of environmental soft science achievements in Shenyang from 1981 to 1990 have been estimated by the method.The comparation between the new mathod and old one also has been made in the paper.
