In order to carry out the talents development strategy of General Co. it requires to improve selection and management of high-level talents for making General Co. larger and stronger, especially to improve expert reserves team and it also requires for realizing'Three Striving Targets' and 'Two Fundamental Changes'of General Co. With the situation of more serious talents contending and changeable market,improving the works of training and selection of expert reserves team is a basic and strategic work for rising competition ability of General Co.in market and making General Co. becoming large-scale enterprise group with international competition ability team.
