本文结合当前国有大型企业的一些实际情况,仅就国有大型企业利用划拨土地加强房地产项目开发进行了一些分析和研究,在项目策划、项目规避风险研究和项目投资决策等方面提出了一些观点和看法。

Aiming at those of how to utilize and develop allocated land well by large-scale and state-owned enterprise,this paper describes the location and role of real estate in enterprise, presents the ideals on planning real estate, avoiding the risk of real estate and making decision of investment for real estate.
