对我国城市轨道交通建设投融资问题的思考

分析了我国轨道交通建设投融资现状,在归纳了轨道交通建设投融资模式的基础上,重点讨论了轨道交通融资租赁方式及土地开发问题,研究城市轨道交通投融资的新途径。

Analyze the current condition of constructing the urban mass transit in our country. On the base of summarizing the forms of financing mass transit, this paper puts great emphasis on talking about the form of financing lease and the development of soil in order to explore a new way of financing urban mass transit.
