Quality Reliability and Safe Production in Oil Enterprises

通过对石油企业以往发生的事故资料的认真分析总结,不难看出导致事故发生的原因是多方面的,但根本原因是人的不安全行为加上物的不安全状态,从而造成了人员的伤亡和企业生产设备、设施等财产损失。在石油企业安全生产过程中,人的可靠性是保证安全生产的关键,机械设备、原材料的质量可靠性是安全生产的基础。要防止出现人的不安全行为,就要不断提高人的可靠性,减少工作中的失误和差错。要解决生产中物的不安全状态,就必须保证机械设备、原材料的质量可靠性。

A careful analysis of the data on the accidents that happened in oil enterprises shows that the causes are multi-aspect, but in the final analysis, unsafe human behaviors and unsafe physical condition are responsible for heavy casualties and loss of production equipment and facilities. In safe production of oil enterprises, human reliability is the key to safe production while quality reliability of machinery equipment and raw materials is the basis of safe production. To prevent unsafe human behaviors, human reliability should be enhanced constantly; to avoid unsafe physical condition, quality reliability of machinery equipment and raw materials must be guaranteed.
