摘要
本文通过几个典型城市剖析,论述了2000年环境保护战略目标的科学性和经济性,分析了实现战略目标工程技术措施的可行性,探讨了实现战略目标需要的资金总量、投资结构、投资比例及投资可能性,最后分析了2000年环境保护战略目标的可达性.
By analysis to some typical cities,this paper discusses nature of science and econo- my of envirinmental protection strategy objevctive in 2000,and analyse the possibility of approch the need of coast and investment structure and proportion and possibility of strategy objective of environ mental protection in 2000.
