基于UDP的嵌入式网卡的研究与设计

Research and Design of Embedded Network Card Based on UDP

随着互联网的普及,嵌入式系统已越来越重视网络特性。本文提出一套8/16位控制器CS8900A的网络接入解决方案,使信息家电、智能仪表等非PC智能设备能够通过网络进行通信和控制。该系统通信的信息量比较小,而且通讯环境可靠性比较好,可以选择利用UDP而不需要完整的TCP栈,这样在软件设计上可以做一些简化,在硬件上可以节约成本,具有很大的实用意义。

With the popular of the Internet, embedded system emphasizes networking features. This paper introduces a kind of network access solution of 8 bit/16 bit controller(CS8900A), which helps to communicate and control through network for non PC equipments such as information appliance and intelligent instrument ,etc. Since the information flow of this solution is relatively smaller and its reliability of communication environment is relatively better, full TCP is not needed and UDP can be used to simplify software design and economize hareware cost.
