The network management system of local switching networks of Tjcom makes use of HP's MC/ServiceGuard cluster technology to realize high availability and reliability, and that ensures correctness of overall network traffic and alarm data. Paper, based on introducing concepts, characteristics, and technological principles of MC/ServiceGuard for the cluster, focuses on design thoughts and realizing process of MC/ServiceGuard of network management system in the Tjcom's network management system.
