摘要
1-羟基-6-三氟甲基苯并三唑与双酰卤化物反应,获得了三氟甲基苯并三唑双酰衍生物、双(6-三氟甲基苯并三唑)草酸酯(BTBO)和双(6-三氟甲基苯并三唑)邻苯二甲酸酯(BTBP)。其缩合试验表明是合成二肽的良好缩合剂。
This paper describes the reaction of
1-hydroxy-6-trifluoromethyl-benzotriazole
with dicarbonyl halides,affording 1,1'-bis(6-
trifluoromethylbenzotriazolyl) oxalate (BTBO)
and 1,1'-bis(6-trifluoromethylbenzotriazolyl)-
phthalate(BTBP).Experiments showed they
were excellent condensation reagents for syn-
thesis of dipeptides.
