摘要
作者首创测定的可见光区二元分光光度系组成的新方法是,先用双波长分光光度技术消除显色产物的影响,测定与光度试剂平衡浓度相对应的吸光度,再通过简单计算即可求得产物 M_mL_n的组成。
Proposed in this paper is a new method
for determining in the visible region the com-
position of binary spectrophotometric systems,
novel in principle.It is based on direct determi-
nation of the equilibrium concentration of the
chromogenic agent by dual wavelength spec-
trophotometry.
