摘要
XJ10 0 0型修井机由自走式底盘和修井专用装置两大部分组成 ,装机功率 74 6kW (10 0 0hp) ,最大钩载 180 0kN。修井机的设计严格按照APISpec规范和我国石油行业标准 ,在总体设计方案、动力配置、并车方式、底盘系统、绞车传动系统和井架结构等方面在吸取国外同类设备优点的基础上 ,结合国内的实际情况加以改进 ,使其在国际、国内石油装备市场上确保通用性和先进性。
XJ1000 workover rig is comprised of self-propelled chassis and special well servicing mechanism. Its installed power is 746 kW, maximum hook load is 1 800 kN. It is strictly designed according to API Spec and Chinese oil industiral standard.This article introduces its overall design project, power configuration, parallel machine operation pattern, chassis system, drawworks drive system and derrick structural design.
