摘要
通过几种表面强化技术的分析对比 ,最终选择爆炸喷涂来修复AjaxDPC— 80 0型天然气发动机 压缩机组曲轴。依据对曲轴基体、轴瓦与涂层摩擦副匹配性能的分析 ,选择Fe C Si Al作爆炸喷涂的粉末。用爆炸喷涂工艺修复这类大型曲轴的技术关键包括 :曲轴基体磨削、正确进行表面预处理、涂层厚度设计与控制、喷涂参数控制和涂层的磨削加工。修复后的曲轴经检验性能满足要求 ,2 0 0 3年初装机至今运行正常。
After analysis and comparison of a few kind of surface hardening techniques, the explosive spray coating technique is selected at last to repair the crankshaft of AjaxDPC-800 natural gas engine-compressor set. According to an analysis of the performance matching of the crankshaft body and bearing bush, Fe-C-Si-Al is selected as the powder for the explosive spray coating. The technical points of this repairing technique lie in: crankshaft body grinding, proper surface pretreating, design and control of coating thickness, coating parameter control and grinding of the coating. Test proves that the crankshaft repaired with the explosive spray coating can meet the operation requirements.
