摘要
新试剂4,4′-二(8-羟基喹啉-5-偶氮)-3,3′-二甲基联苯(D-HQADMB)的合成方法,研究了其分析特性及其与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,D-HQADMB 在不同条件下能与多种金属离子呈灵敏显色反应。Cu(Ⅱ)-D-HQADMB-Triton X-100体系在 pH1.5~5.0范围内形成 Cu(Ⅱ):D-HQADMB 为1:1的红紫色络合物,λ_(max)位于535nm,△λ=120nm,ε_(535)=6.02x10^4。铜量在0~10μg/10mL 范围内符合比尔定律。用萃取光度法测定了铝合金中的微量铜,结果满意。
A new reagent D-HQADMB has beensynthesized,and its potential for the spectro-photometric determination of metals has beenstudied.It reacts sensitively with some metalsand is particularly useful for copper.In thepresence of Triton X-100,Cu(Ⅱ) reacts withD-HQADMB to form a 1:1 red purple com-plex.The molar absorptivity is 6.02×10~4L·mol^(-1).cm^(-1) at 535nm and Beer's law is obeyed for0~10μg Cu/10mL.The method has beenapplied to the extraction spectrophotometricdetermination of microamounts of copper inaluminium alloys with satisfactory results.
