机械手广泛应用于各种场所,尤其是在严重危害人体健康的恶劣环境中的应用,极大地提高了工作效率,解放了劳动力;PLC一直处于工业自动化控制领域主战场,为各种设备提供非常可靠的控制方案;MCGS全中文工业自动化控制组态软件的应用,使得用PLC控制的机械手界面更友好,可操作性更强。本文概述了机械手的设计及应用。
The manipulator has been widely applied in various ways,especially in the abominable conditions which endanger the health of the workers.It greatly improves productive effciency and frees labour force.In recent years,PLC has always been in a primary status in industrial automation control.It has offered very credible control projects to various devices.The application of all-Chinese MCGS makes interface of PLC controlling manipulators more user-friendly and operation easier to handle.The paper summarizes the design and application of manipulators.
