摘要
本文采用了一种新的铬锡红颜料制备方法———表面活性剂水溶液共沉淀—凝胶法。实验结果表明:通过选择适当的条件,该法可制得颗粒半径约为0.5~1μm,团聚少的超细铬锡红色料。与通常的固相合成法相比,粒度分布范围窄、颗粒更细,呈色更鲜艳,煅烧温度更低。
A novel method which involves coprecipitation of SnCl_4?CaCl_2 and Na_2SiO_3 solution with surfactant hydrosolution as a solvent is used to synthesize the ultra fine Cr-Sn pink pigment.By adding appropriate dispersant,weakly agglomerated powders of Cr-Sn pink with average particle size of 0.5~1μm can be obtained.Compared with the powder synthesized by conventional solid phase reaction,this powder has better colour,narrower grain distribution and lower synthesis temperature.
