摘要
切粒水回用于循环水冷却水系统过程中,腐蚀速率较高,平均为0.169 mm/a,超过中国石油化工股份有限公司循环水水质标准,且原配方中含磷较高。水处理药剂YSW-211的现场应用显示,监测换热器的腐蚀速率平均降至0.035 mm/a,粘附速率平均为9.9 mcm,腐蚀、阻垢控制效果好。
While the chipping water applied in the process of circulation cooling water, the average corrosion velocity is 0.169 mm/a, which is much higher than the circulation water quality standard of SINOPEC. The content of phosphor in the original compounding formula is also super high, the corrosion mitigation and anti-scaling is effective that the corrosion velocity of heat exchanger reduces to 0.035 mm/a, the average adhesion velocity is 9.9 mcm.
