Progress of Supercritical Fluid Extraction Technology

介绍了超临界流体萃取(SFE)技术在化学工业、环保领域、食品工业、医药工业上的应用进展。该技术 较高的萃取效率及温和的操作条件保证了药物成分分析制样的要求;在环境分析中,SFE能够减少试样用量、缩短 试样处理时间,且无二次污染。同时分析了制约SFE应用扩大的原因,对继续发展SFE技术提出了建议。

This paper presents the application development of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) in the field of chemical industry, environment field, food industry, and medicine industry. The effective extraction efficiency and mild operation condition guarantees the medicine component analysis and samples producing. Applying SFE in the analysis of environment can make reduction of sample dosage, shortening the sample treatment period and no second pollution. The reasons that limit the application expansion of SFE are analyzed and the suggestions for the continuous development for SFE are brought forward in the thesis.
