马来丝虫基因组计划:EST和基因的发现

摘要
人类基因组计划 (HGP)实施策略和相关技术所取得的成就推动了病原生物等基因组计划的实施。为推进马来丝虫分子生物学的研究工作 ,研究人员已着手实施马来丝虫基因组计划。通过对马来丝虫EST的测定 ,“基因 功能”的发现 ,可以进一步探索抗丝虫的药物作用基因靶点和候选疫苗。对马来丝虫的EST和已发现的基因予以概述。
