摘要 采用厌氧培养箱技术 ,用最大或然数计数 ( MPN)法测定稻 -鸭复合种养对水稻不同生育期土壤中的产甲烷菌种群数量的影响。结果表明 ,稻田土壤中产甲烷菌数量的变化规律与稻田甲烷排放的季节变化规律基本一致 ,早稻田土壤中菌数高峰期出现在孕穗期 ,晚稻田土壤中菌数高峰期出现在分蘖盛期。实行稻 -鸭复合种养 ,显著降低了稻田土壤中甲烷细菌种群的数量 ,特别是减少了甲烷排放高峰期的甲烷细菌数量。早稻田和晚稻田产甲烷菌种群数量分别比对照田降低 2 0 %~ 96.9%和 94.3 %~ 95 .8% ,且两系统土壤中甲烷细菌数量的差异达 The effect of rice-duck complex planting and breeding pattern on the amount of methanogens in soil was surveyed in early and late rice with the technology of anaerobic culture case technique, most probable number(MPN) method. The results indicated: The seasonal change pattern of the amount of methanogens in the soil of paddy fields was consistent with that of methane emission law of paddy fields. The amount of methanogens was the greatest at booting stage for early rice, and the amount was the greatest at active tillering stage for late rice. Rice-duck complex planting and breeding pattern greatly decreased the amount of methanogens in paddy fields, especially decreased the amount of methanogens during methane emission peak period. That of methanogens in the soil of early and late rice were decreased 20%~96.9% and 94.3%~95.8%, The significant difference was 1% between rice-duck complex ecosystem and CK.\;
