低床层烟炱复合吸附剂脱硫实验及机理探讨

摘要 分别将氧化铁和铜、铝氧化物加入烟炱和石灰粉混合物中考查金属氧化物添加对脱硫影响,氧化物加入分别采用物理混合和中间体热分解方法。实验表明,金属氧化物添加能提高脱硫效率,其中铜铝复合吸附剂的作用明显。TPD实验表明氧化铜起主要作用。初步探讨了烟炱吸附脱硫机理和反应控制步骤。 In order to investigate the effects of metal oxide on desulfurization, Fe2O3 ,CuO and Al2O3 were added into the mixture of smoke dust and lime by the means of physical mixing and thermal decomposition of the intermedia, respectively. The results show that the desulfurization efficiency can be increased by adding metal oxide into sorbent, especially CuO and Al2O3. It is suggested that CuO plays an important role in the reaction through TPD. The mechanism of desulfurization with smoke dust adsorption and the key step of reaction process were discussed.
