摘要 为适应西部地区的铁矿资源和自然条件 ,对陕西大西沟菱铁矿矿石进行了试验研究。结果表明 ,应用中性磁化焙烧—干式自然冷却—异地磁选技术 ,将在 70 0℃下焙烧 70min的焙烧矿先封闭冷却至 4 0 0~ 30 0℃ ,再排入空气中冷却至室温 ,可形成强磁性的磁铁矿和γ -Fe2 O3 ;焙烧矿的磁选流程试验获得了精矿铁品位 5 9.5 6 %~ 5 9.37%、铁回收率达 72 .0 3%~ 73.72 %的良好指标 。 To suit the iron ore resource and natural conditions in the western region, beneficiation tests were made on Daxigou siderite ore of Shanxi. The results show that the technology of medium magnetized roasting- natural dry cooling-magnetic sepatation in other place was feasible. The ore was roasted at 700 ℃ for 70 minutes, cooled in closed status to 400~ 300 ℃, exposed to the air and cooled to ambient temperature. As a result, strongly magnetic minerals and γ- Fe_2O_3 were formed. The test of magnetic separation flowsheet on the roasted ore obtained good indexes, with iron grade being 59.56%~ 59.37% and iron recovery being 72.03%~ 73.72%. Thus, a new way was found for the exploitation of the rich siderite ore resource in the water-deficient western region.
