摘要
以CaSO4·2H2 O为原料 ,采用水热法合成了硫酸钙晶须 ;研究了料浆初始pH值对硫酸钙晶须直径的影响规律。结果表明 ,随pH值的增加 ,硫酸钙晶须的直径减小 ,当pH为 10 .10时 ,晶须直径最小 ,达到 2 30nm ,以后随pH值的增大晶须的直径基本保持不变。分析了料浆的初始pH值对硫酸钙晶须直径的影响机理 ,认为pH值影响硫酸钙的溶解度 ,使溶液中的离子平衡发生变化 ,同时改变了杂质的活性 ,使杂质敏化或钝化 。
Hydrothermal method was used to prepare the calcium sulfate whiskers with CaSO_4·2H_2O as raw material. The effect of the initial pH value of the pulp on the diameter of the calcium sulfate whiskers was studied. The results showed that the diameter of calcium sulfate whiskers was reduced with the increase of pH value until the pH value reached 10.10, when the whishers diameter was the smallest, being 230 nm. Then the diameter remained basically unchanged inspite the increase of pH value. The mechanism of the effect of the initial pulp pH value on the whisker diameter was analysed. It was concluded that pH value affects the solubility of calcium sulfate, which leads to the change in ion equilibrium in the solution and in the activity of impurities, making the impurities sensitized or dulled so affect the growth tendency of the whiskers in certain direction.
