The basic structure of TMF centrifugal pump, the functions of its parts and the drawing process and application methods of flowrate-lift curve, flowrate-power curve and flowrate-efficiency curve are described. The calculation and determination of the parameters needed in the process of curve searching are discussed. Also presented in the paper are the determination of belt pulleys, the selection of belt type, the calculation of belt nominal length and the testing of belt tension after the determination of motor power. As a result, TMF centrifugal pump was made to better meet the requirements.
