摘要
运用有限元技术对振动磨机机体的动态特性进行了研究,采用了ProE2001软件进行了零件建模,井用ProE2001和ANSYS6.0的接口将模型直接导入有限元软件中,转化为有限元模型,利用有限元软件的模态分析模块对机体进行了初步的模态分析,得出了初步模态参数,并对机体进行了局部的优化分析,提出了初步的改进措施。
Applying finite element technology, the paper studies dynamic characteristic of body of vibration mill, software ProE2001 is used to establish body model which is guided into finite element software through the inlet of software ProE2001 and ANSYS6.0 and transformed into finite element model, makes elementary modal analysis to body utilizing analysis module for mode in finite element software, concludes the general mode parameter, makes optimal analysis to local body and offers elementary improving measure
