摘要
本文应用热力学与Gouy-Chapmann理论相结合的方法,考察了离子对试剂浓度对反相离子对色谱保留值的影响,获得了反相离子对色谱lnk’与离子对试剂浓度间的近似线性关系.同时考察了溶质疏水性和溶质电荷数对线性关系式中斜率和截距的影响.
In this paper, the thermodynamic method with combination of Gouy-Chapmann theory was applied to investigate the effect of ion-pair reagent concentration on the retention in reversedphase ion-pair chromatography. An approximate linear relationship between the logarithm of capacity factor and ionpair reagent concentration was obtained, and the effect of solute hydrophobicity and solute charges on the parameters in the slope and intercept of this relationship waa also investigated.
