学校预防艾滋病教育对大学生知识态度及性行为的影响

Impacts of School AIDS Prevention Education on Knowledge, Attitudes and Sexual Behaviors of University Students

目的 探讨学校预防艾滋病教育对大学生预防艾滋病知识、态度及性行为的影响 ,为学校开展预防艾滋病教育提供科学依据。方法 于 2 0 0 3年 9月对辽宁省 1所普通高校在校大学生 353名进行自填式、不记名问卷调查。结果 有 36 .3 %的学生在学校 (从小学到大学 )曾听过预防艾滋病方面的课或讲座。与没有听过课的学生比较 ,听过课学生的预防艾滋病基本知识和对艾滋病病毒感染者不歧视态度得分明显较高。婚前性交行为 ,听过课与没听过课的学生比较 ,差异无显著性。总的看来 ,相当部分的被调查大学生仍缺少基本的预防艾滋病知识。结论 学校预防艾滋病教育可提高学生预防艾滋病知识水平 ,促进对艾滋病病毒感染者不歧视态度的形成 ,且未导致学生性交行为的增加。在中学和大学 ,应迅速普及预防艾滋病教育。

Objective To explore the impacts of school AIDS prevention education on knowledge, attitudes and sexual behaviors of university students, and to provide basis for school AIDS prevention education.Methods Three hundred and fifty-three college students were anonymously surveyed by a self-administered questionnaire survey in September ,2003. Results About 36.3% of students reported that they had had AIDS prevention lecture before. The scores of AIDS knowledge and attitudes towards people who infected HIV in students who had AIDS prevention lecture were significantly higher than that of the students who did not have the lecture. About premarital sexual behaviors, no significantly difference was found between the students who had the lecture and the students who did not have the lecture. Some of the students still lack AIDS knowledge and non-discrimination attitudes towards people with HIV/AIDS. Conclusion School AIDS prevention education can promote students' knowledge and help them form non-discrimination attitudes towards people with HIV/AIDS.So,it should be promoted as soon as possible.
