柳州市2000年与1985年学生生长发育状况比较

A Comparative Study on Growth and Development of Students in 1985 and 2000 in Liuzhou

目的 了解柳州市汉族学生生长发育现状和变化特点 ,以便为研究学生生长发育的规律提供依据。方法 对 2 0 0 0年柳州市7～ 1 8岁汉族中、小学生体质调研资料进行分析 ,并与 1 985年调研资料进行比较。结果 1 5a间柳州市中小学生形态指标的发育呈上升趋势 ,男生平均身高、体重分别增长 1 .1 2cm和 2 .36kg,女生分别增长 0 .62cm和 1 .65kg ;机能发育指标无论城乡男女 ,70 .8%的年龄组学生均低于 1 985年柳州水平和 1 995年全国水平 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 柳州市中小学生形态发育存在长期增长趋势 ,而机能发育较差。应引起家长、学校和社会的重视。

Objective To study the status and change characteristics of growth and development of Liuzhou students, and to provide evidence for the research. Methods Data in 2000 on health status of students of Han nationality aged 7-18 were analyzed and compared with the data in 1985. Results During the past 15 years, morphological parameters of Liuzhou showed an increasing trend. Increments of height and weight were 1.12 cm and 2.36 kg for males, however, those for females were 0.62 cm and 1.65 kg. Functional development indices of 70.8% Liuzhou students in 2000 were lower than in 1985 and the national levels in 1995. Conclusion Long-term increasing trend of morphological development exists among Liuzhou students, however, their functional development was poor. So, parents, schools and social should pay more attention to it.
