摘要
目的 为避免女大学生盲目减肥 ,寻求一套行之有效的减肥和健身方法。方法 2 0 0 2年 4~ 7月抽取河南职业技术师范学院和新乡医学院正在减肥的女大学生 60名 ,运用不同运动处方进行实验研究。结果 不同运动处方能明显降低体重指数 (BMI) ,平均体重指数由原来的 2 6~ 2 7下降至 2 3~ 2 5 ,与实验前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;安静心率、肺活量、收缩压和舒张压等方面都有明显改善 ;同时能够改善体形和心理健康状况。结论 对减肥的女大学生实施不同运动处方的训练是切实可行的 ,不同运动处方是不同体型女大学生减肥健身的一种有效手段。
Objective To avoid losing weight in incorrect way among female college students, and to find an appropriate athletic method to losing weight and building figure.Methods Different athletic therapies were applied to 60 female college students who were at loss from Henan Vocational Technical Teachers' College and Xinxiang Medical College from April to July in 2002.Results Athletic therapies decreased body mass index (BMI), BMI was obviously decreased from 26-27 to 23-25 (P<0.01), and improved rest heart rate, vital capacity, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure. It also can improve body figure and mental health status.Conclusion It is possible to apply different athletic therapies to female college students who are eager to lose weight, different athletic therapies should be conducted on female college students with different body figures.
