武汉市1341名初中女生性知识和性态度现况研究

Study on the sexual Knowledge and Attitudes of 1341 School Girls in Wuhan

目的 了解武汉市女中学生性知识水平与性态度现况 ,为中学生性健康教育提供依据。方法 采用整群随机抽样法抽取武汉市 3所中学初一、初二年级女生 1 341名进行问卷调查。结果 女中学生性成熟期提前 ,生殖健康知识、性及性病、艾滋病知识相当缺乏。38.9%的学生完全不知道女性生殖系统的结构 ,46 .2 %的学生完全不知道什么是避孕及避孕方法 ,55.3 %的学生不知道什么是性病。影响性知识得分的主要因素有 :是否接受过学校性教育 ,是否来月经 ,父亲文化程度及母亲文化程度。性知识主要来源于报刊杂志、学校、家庭、广播电视等。结论 学校生殖健康教育在学生性知识的获取中起着举足轻重的作用 ,但不能满足中学生性教育的需求。加强学校性教育及生殖健康教育势在必行。

Objective To study the school girls' sexual knowledge and behaviors in Wuhan, and to provide basis for middle school students' sexual health education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was conducted to survey 1 341 school girls who were randomly drawn from 3 secondary schools as a cluster sample.Results The girls developed more early, while knowledge of reproductive health, sex, STD, AIDS was not enough. About 38.9% didn't know what was female's reproductive structure, 46.2%, 55.3% didn't know what was contraception and what was STD. The major factors to score of sexual knowledge were sexual health education, menstrual experience, father's/mother's health education background. The main source of their sexual knowledge were school, magazines, family, broadcast, etc.Conclusion School reproductive health education plays an important role for students to acquire sex knowledge. It is urgent to strengthen school sex/reproductive health education.
