老年高血压患者脉压与左房构型改变的相关研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨老年高血压患者脉压(PP)与左房构型改变的相关关系。方法:测定63例老年高血压患者的血压,计算PP;用超声心电图仪测量左房内径(LAD),左房内径指数(LADI),左室重量指数(LVMI)等。将PP≥60mmHg的患者33例列为A组,PP<60mmHg的患者列为B组。结果:A组中LAD、LADI显著大于B组(P<0.01);LADI与SBP、PP、LVMI呈密切正相关(r分别为0.58、0.52、0.51,P分别为<0.001、<0.01、<0.01)。结论:老年高血压患者PP与左房构型改变密切相关。 Objective: To find out the relationship between pulse pressure (PP) and left atrial geometric pattern in aged patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 63 aged patients with hypertension were examined by blood pressure and echocardiography, the different index of BP and left atrial dimension (LAD), left atrial dimension index (LADI) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were measured. The patients were divided into group A (PP≥60mmHg, 33 cases) , and group B (PP<60mmHg, 30 cases) according to PP. Results:The LAD and LADI of group A were significantly higher than those in group B (P<0. 01, all). Significant correlation existed among the LADI and SBP, PP, LVMI, age, coures (r=0.58, 0.52, 0.51). More close correlation was among the LADI and SBP, PP, LVMI (P<0. 01, all). Conclusion: There is close correlation between PP and LADI in aged patients with hypertension.
