稀土热稳定剂在硬质PVC配方中作用的研究

Study on Effect of Rare Earth Heat Stabilizer in RPVC Formulation

研究了稀土热稳定剂对硬PVC体系的热稳定效果以及对制品的拉伸强度、冲击强度和耐热性能的影响。结果表明,稀土热稳定剂对PVC体系有一定的热稳定效果,与环氧大豆油有很好的协同效果。单独使用稀土热稳定剂的热稳定效果不如三盐、二盐类热稳定剂,但对制品的拉伸强度、冲击强度的改进效果明显。

The heat stabilization,the influences on thermal property and mechanical properties,espercially the tensile strength and impact strength of rare earth heat stabilizer in RPVC system are studied.The rare earth heat stabilizer have the synergistic effect with epoxidized soybean oil for PVC heat stabilization.
