基于双CCD的烟叶杂物剔除技术

为了能更有效地剔除烟叶中的杂物,以免影响最终产品的质量,本文提出了一种新的方法,采用新型采集卡连接双CCD分别从上下两个方向获取图像,然后对图像进行处理,尽量避免烟叶的遮挡给杂物剔除带来的影响。

To eliminate impurities in tobacco efficiently and improve the quality of final product?熏this paper discussed a new method in which double CCDs are adopted?熏gain image from the direction of up and down?熏and then transmit the image to the computer to be processed.This method solved the problem of the elimination of sheltered impurities.
