摘要
本文介绍一种支持各种可编程序控制器穴PLC雪数据采集方法,对热电阻、热电偶等温度信号和电流电压等模拟量进行多路采集。数据采集模块具有隔离RS485接口和隔离并行输出接口,设计了多种并行接口时序和串行通讯协议,通过并行接口和串行接口实现与各种PLC的连接。给出了通过并行接口使用请求半字节输出时序实现PLC采集多个采集模块的数据的方法和程序。
The paper introduced a data acquisition method which supports Programmable Logic Controller ?穴PLC?雪 to collect multiply channels of temperature of thermo resistant and thermocouple?熏current?熏voltage signal and so on. The modules designed by above method have interface time sequence of isolated parallel port and isolated series port.It provided various series communication protocol and parallel output time sequence.
